Computer Forensic Services, Inc. provides training and support to the law enforcement community. The commitment to assist law enforcement is a fundamental principal at Computer Forensic Services, Inc., as the majority of our staff has previous law enforcement experience. Training topics provided to law enforcement include:
 Best practices for seizing electronic evidence at crime scenes;
Computer forensics basics;
Utilizing computer forensics;
Investigating internet based threats: tracking email and web history.
In addition to providing training, we will assist agencies with electronic evidence processing and examination. Normally, this will occur in time-sensitive cases such as missing persons, homicides and threats. Our assistance is provided at little to no cost to these agencies.
Computer Forensic Services, Inc. has provided training and support to dozens of local and federal law enforcement agencies. Additionally, we have presented at security and investigative associations such as the Minnesota Criminal Justice Institute, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the International Association of Financial Crime Investigators, the American Society for Industrial Security and the Midwest Insurance Fraud Prevention Association.
